As early as you can! For local moves, we recommend getting in touch with us 1-2 weeks before your move date and 2-4 weeks for international moves. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute moves for our clients needing to relocate with urgency.

Certainly! While Abu Dhabi is our beloved home base we continue to move families and offices to and from any point in the UAE with the same level of care and attention.

Depending on the size of your move the number of crew members will vary. Typically for a two-three bedroom apartment a 6 man crew, including a foreman is the most common.

Put your feet up and relax while our seasoned moving crew packs your entire home with care and ensures a secure delivery to your new address. If you’d rather pack personal items yourself, that's perfectly fine. We can even provide you with boxes before the move, giving you the flexibility to pack at your own pace.

Our team in Alpha Cargo & Movers does not specialize in last-mile or package delivery services.

We offer an “All-inclusive” and “Per Truck” service.
Our all-inclusive package is a comprehensive moving package.The following services are covered:
● High-quality packing materials provided.
● Packing & unpacking of all your items.
● Careful disassembly & reassembly of furniture.
● Mounting of frames & TV units.
● Installation of curtains.
● Hanging chandeliers & light fixtures
● Installation of washing machines & dishwashers
● Disposal of used packing materials before our departure.
You can rest assured that everything you need for a seamless move is included in our upfront pricing.

We accept cash and bank transfer payments. To secure your move, we request a 500 dirham deposit, which will be deducted from your total moving cost. The remaining balance is payable upon the completion of your move.

Typically, our in-person surveys conducted by our representatives take no more than 15-20 minutes of your time. For added convenience, you can also send us videos of your space via WhatsApp to receive a quick estimate of your moving price.

The duration of your move can vary based on its size and complexity. Second to our reputation as Abu Dhabi's top choice for movers and packers, our moving crew is renowned for their speed. Don't just take our word for it; take a look at what our clients have to say. Typically, 2-3 bedroom apartments are packed and moved within a span of 5-6 hours.

No need to stress; we understand that moving plans can be uncertain. Simply, give our office a heads-up at least 48 hours before your scheduled moving date, and we'll handle the necessary adjustments. In case of cancellation, we charge you for any packing material that were delivered ahead, and the remaining amount of the deposit will be fully refunded to you.

For local moves, we’ll gladly move your beloved plants to your new address. Our moving crew will handle them with care; however, please note that we do not assume responsibility for any potential damages.
